FDSOI technology, with its unique advantages of low power consumption, high performance, high reliability, and radiation hardness, is becoming a key technology path for emerging fields such as automotive electronics, edge AI, mobile communications, and space computing. To accelerate the industrialization of FDSOI in China and promote collaborative innovation across the industrial chain, RuiLiPingXin Microelectronics (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is organizing this forum.
